Integration of logistics and supply chain in defense organizations(Case study: a defense organization)

Abstract
Summary
Background and purpose: Today, one of the concerns of managers is to create integration and coordination between activities and mass operations that are distributed in various ways and in a wide range of organizational units, and sometimes they are geographically dispersed; Because without the integration of the organization and the system, it is not possible to achieve the desired effectiveness and efficiency, and the main missions of the organization will not have the appropriate productivity. In this article, while examining the characteristics of integrated systems and organizations, especially supply chains, the levels and requirements of creating integration and the relevant framework will be considered.
Research method: In this article, the criteria and indicators of integration are based on an extensive study of the literature on the subject of statistics and with regard to the environment in which the validation has been done with the factor analysis method and based on the opinions of 38 experts of the ready support of a defense organization.
Findings: At the end of this article, the integrity criteria include eight areas under the general headings of common principles; presence of interaction; Sharing or sharing information; the spirit of cooperation; suitable workforce; existence of coordination; integrated processes; and performance criteria.
Conclusion: Finally, it is suggested that integration should be considered as a combination of interaction, cooperation and coordination, which in this case includes an almost complete set of concepts and topics that guarantee the correct movement of the organization in today's highly competitive world and achieving Sustainable profit is increasing efficiency and effectiveness and continuous improvement in the path of growth and excellence.
