Designing a model of the influence of organizational excellence factors on the development of knowledge management with the mediation of a suitable organizational structure (case study: a military university)

Abstract
Background and purpose: The need to use knowledge management and its efficiency in the excellence of military organizations has been approved by experts, but for the success and development of knowledge management in the organization, it is necessary to have a complete understanding of the status of the effective factors in the organization's knowledge management and the foundations and areas of success. It and how to establish interaction and balance between these factors, including the organizational excellence factors and its appropriate organizational structure, should be studied more carefully. The purpose of this research is to design a model of the influence of organizational excellence factors on the development of knowledge management through the mediation of a suitable organizational structure in a military university.

Methodology: The research is descriptive and analytical, and a questionnaire was used to conduct it, and the research data was analyzed using spss and pls software.

Findings: The findings of the research show that strategy and leadership have the greatest and least impact on organizational excellence, respectively, and knowledge utilization and knowledge development have the greatest and least impact on the development of knowledge management, and on the other hand, focus has the greatest and Complexity is the least desirable in organizational structure.

Conclusion: In the end, the research results confirm the mediating effect of appropriate organizational structure on the relationship between organizational excellence and the development of knowledge management in the organization.
