Providing a framework to improve the flow of knowledge in manufacturing start-ups

Abstract
The current research seeks to provide a framework for improving knowledge flows in manufacturing start-ups in one of the industries. The current research is a descriptive survey in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method. The research tool is qualitative-quantitative and questionnaires were used for the quantitative part and expert interviews were used for the qualitative part. Then a Baroosh DANP questionnaire was created and distributed among the experts, and the experts entered their opinions about the factors and sub-factors and their relationship with each other. At the end, the factors and sub-factors were weighted and ranked according to the obtained results, it was determined that the factor of human resources is the most important and the most important factor in improving knowledge flow in these industries, and the factors of knowledge management tools and organizational structure. and organizational culture were ranked next. At the end of the research, according to the obtained results, and finally based on the obtained results, a framework was presented to improve knowledge flows in the production start-ups of the studied industries.
