Abstract
Background & Purpose: Behavioral traps are actually operational traps that pilots may fall into as a result of poor decision making. The purpose of this study is to prioritize the effective behavioral traps in the occurrence of accidents in the last three decades of one of the country's aviation organizations and also to study the probability and severity of the consequences of being caught in these behavioral traps in the field of multi-crew aircraft among pilots. In order to reduce the accident rate and increase the level of safety.

Methodology: This research is quantitative and descriptive. Data collection was done in two ways: library and field, which was collected by designing a researcher-made questionnaire and distributing it among the statistical population.

Findings: The probability of being caught in the behavioral trap of peer pressure is above average and in the other eleven cases are below average. severity of the consequences of being caught in all twelve behavioral traps was high.

Conclusion: The probability of being caught in the behavioral traps of peer pressure, scuad running and Mindset is ranked first to third, respectively, The severity of the consequences of being caught in the behavioral traps of Operating without Adequate fuel reserve; Descent below the minimum Enroute altitude and Duck-Under Syndrome are the first to third priorities, respectively. The results obtained from library data, behavioral traps of Neglecting of flight planning, pre-flight inspection and checking checklist; Loss of positional / situational awareness and peer pressure are the top three priorities, respectively.
