Comparative study of educational and research policies of Shahid Sattari University of Aeronautical Sciences and Technology and USAFA

Abstract
Background and Porpuse: Considering the importance of political intelligence and the strategic and important position of Shahid Sattari University of Aeronautical Sciences and Technology as an "institution of thought and reason" in the Air Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in this study we try to analyze the appearance and structural structure and points. The functional similarities and differences between the two universities (one is the Air Force University and the other is the US Army Air Force University). This study was conducted with the aim of comparative comparison of the educational system of Shahid Sattari University of Aeronautical Sciences and Technology with the top aviation universities.

Methodology: This research is applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical method. Necessary data were collected by environmental monitoring method and analyzed using Breddy comparative study model and qualitatively. The statistical population of the study includes the air force higher education institutions of the countries that were selected by purposive method.

Findings and Conclusion: The research findings indicate that in some areas, there is a significant difference between these universities and according to the scientific and technological aspirations of the scientific map of the country and the comprehensive scientific defense defense map of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the vacuum Policy positions and distances have been clarified with the ideal position, and policy recommendations to move in the direction of ideals have been presented and presented, and using the strengths of selected universities,
