Analyzing the role of knowledge management in the formation of human capital of defense organizations with the mediating role of communication skills

Abstract
Background & Porpuse: Knowledge management is an important tool through which organizations can better manage knowledge and information. In order to establish all the assigned missions, the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in order to achieve its goals in defending the country's borders, has to use new processes such as knowledge management. The main purpose of this article is to investigate the role of knowledge management in the formation of AJA human capital with the mediating role of communication skills of employees of this organizationThe type of research is applied.

Methodology: The approach of deductive research and the method of its implementation is correlation. It is also descriptive in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study is the staff of the Command Headquarters of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tehran. The size of the study population is equal to the protection coefficient of 210 people. Due to the fact that the size of the statistical population in this study is limited, so the census method has been used to determine the sample population.

Findings: Findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between the components of knowledge management and the formation of human capital and communication skills of employees in defense organizations.

Conclusion: The results showed that knowledge management has a positive effect on the formation of human capital with the mediating role of employees' communication skills. Employees' communication skills also have a positive effect on human capital formation
