Based on License No. 86403, dated 1399/02/15 (May 4, 2020), issued by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, this journal operates in collaboration with the Iranian Scientific Association of Knowledge Management and with the support of the Iranian Scientific Association of Technology and Innovation Management.

Distinguished researchers can register on the journal's website and submit articles derived from their dissertations and research projects, formatted according to the template provided in the author guidelines section. Submitted articles will be published after a specialized peer-review process and upon approval by the editorial board.

To expedite the review and evaluation process, it is imperative that the journal's article template is strictly adhered to and that the provided writing style guide from the author guidelines section is used.

Upon article submission, the "Ethical Commitment Form" and the "Conflict of Interest Form" must be downloaded from the author guidelines section, signed by all authors, and uploaded to the submission system.

This quarterly journal is committed to international standards against scientific misconduct (including falsification, plagiarism, data fabrication, etc.). Any unethical practices identified during the initial screening or peer-review periods will be addressed according to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Aims and Scope:
The objective of publishing the "Scientific Quarterly Journal of Knowledge Policy and New Defense Research" is to facilitate the dissemination of genuine and original resources, along with the latest scientific and research achievements in the field of policy-making and management processes for acquiring and creating defense sciences, technologies, and innovations. This aims to further enhance access to and meet the scientific and research needs of commanders, managers, decision-makers, students, and academic researchers in related domains.

This journal has been published since 2020 under License No. 86403, dated 1399/02/15 (May 4, 2020), from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. It also complies with Directive No. 11-25685, dated 1398/02/09 (April 29, 2019), issued by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology for obtaining the status of a scientific quarterly journal.
